We produce all floors with care and precision – and we deliver quickly once they are ready.

Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

Caring for your new wood floor

Care information:

Varnished floor:Varnished floors, like all other surfaces, require ongoing maintenance. It is recommended to place felt pads under chairs to minimize surface scratches. If the floor gets a scratch, you can treat it with Trip Trap Lacquer Care. The lacquer care will not remove the scratch but will minimize its appearance. If the lacquer is damaged, it is very important to repair the damage as soon as possible so that the lacquer is sealed and liquid cannot penetrate the wood.

For floor washing, it is recommended to use Trip Trap Vinyl, Laminate, and Lacquer Soap. Follow the dosing instructions from the manufacturer.

Lægningsmetode:
Floating installation: Supplied with a Q-LOC click system and can be installed as a floating floor without the use of glue. Requires a level subfloor and underlay with impact sound insulation.

Opbygning:
Q-Plank is produced using the patented Woodura technology, which allows wood to be compressed and hardened, resulting in floors that are three times harder than traditional wood floors. The hardening process creates a very strong, impact- and moisture-resistant surface on an HDF (High Density Fibreboard) core that never needs sanding.
