When you pay for your product, we collect data regarding your name, card data, and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment processing and fulfillment of the agreed contract.
If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a product purchase, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products on wikinggulv.dk
Your information will be stored for a minimum of 5 years after the order is completed. This is done as part of a legal obligation.
Other recipients of personal data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.
If you have ordered delivery, information about your name, address, telephone number, and email address will be disclosed to one of our suppliers and shipping company for the purpose of delivering your purchases.
If you choose to review our webshop, your name and email address will be transferred to the review site Trustpilot.dk
We host our webshop and payment system through UnoEuro, which acts as our data processor. All personal data you provide on our website will be stored in UnoEuro's data centers. When data is entered into the database, it happens via an SSL-encrypted line. We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.
