Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

Pine Prestige Prima - Elegant pine floor with wide planks and a classic look – ready for your own treatment.
A pine floor that combines a stylish look with natural materials and a personal finish. With its extra wide plank width of 235 mm, this floor is ideal for creating an exclusive, calm, and cohesive look in everything from modern homes to classic houses.

The floor is untreated, which means you can choose the surface treatment that matches your style – for example, lye and white oil for a bright Scandinavian look, natural oil for warm tones, or lacquer for increased durability. You get maximum freedom to shape the floor according to your wishes.

The Prima sorting is characterized by a balanced and harmonious knot pattern, with few and small fillings, which provides a neat and calm floor without removing the natural life and character of the pine wood.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, thus preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, this wood type will feature filling of cracks and knots with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Likewise, fallen out knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood type, so that color tone and structure are preserved. A Wiking pine plank floor is warm and pleasant to walk on, and has a natural play with knots and rounded edges that emphasize the width of the beautiful planks. Pine is a classic and popular wood type for floors in Scandinavian homes, especially due to its light expression and natural warmth.

Pine is categorized as a softwood floor and is more susceptible to signs of wear. However, these marks are easy to correct with maintenance, and often most soft marks can disappear with just a floor wash or refreshing of the oil.

On the Brinell scale, which measures the wood's resistance to pressure and wear, pine typically ranges around 1.6–1.8 – depending on growing location and wood density. This means that pine is more susceptible to pressure marks, scratches, and other signs of wear than harder wood types such as oak or ash. Although pine is a soft wood type, many choose it for its natural charm and ability to patinate beautifully over time. With the right treatment, you can extend the life of the floor and give it a surface that is more resistant to everyday use.

General treatment recommendations:Depending on the surface treatment you have chosen for the floor, there will, of course, be differences in ongoing maintenance. We recommend that you consult the manufacturer of the chosen surface treatment to ensure the best care for your new floor.

We strive to transform quality timber into quality flooring. That is why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed in 3 layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally sound. This unique stability is a distinct advantage when the wooden floor is laid on underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
