Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and

The Nordlys Series from Wiking Gulve is a sustainable and innovative range of softwood floors, designed for those who desire natural materials without compromising on quality, durability, or aesthetics. The series brings nature's raw beauty right into your home – with colors and surfaces that elevate traditional softwood to a new, exclusive level.

'Odin' is a characterful pine variant that combines warm tones and strong durability. The floor has a brushed surface that removes the softest parts of the wood, leaving a more resistant and durable surface. This makes 'Odin' an obvious choice for both private homes and businesses where design and functionality must go hand in hand.

The surface is treated with brown hardwax oil, which gives the floor a beautiful depth while also protecting against dirt and wear. The warm brown tone highlights the wood's natural structure and creates a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, so that the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface are maintained, this wood type will feature filling of cracks and knots with specially adapted wood filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood type, so that color tone and structure are preserved. A Wiking pine plank floor is warm and pleasant to walk on, and has a natural play with knots and rounded edges, which highlights the width of the beautiful planks. Pine is a classic and popular wood type for floors in Scandinavian homes, especially due to its light expression and natural warmth.

Pine is categorized as a softwood floor and is more susceptible to signs of use. However, these marks are easy to rectify with maintenance, and often most soft marks can disappear with just a floor wash or refreshing of the oil.

On the Brinell scale, which measures the wood's resistance to pressure and wear, pine typically ranges from 1.6–1.8 – depending on growth site and wood density. This means that pine is more susceptible to pressure marks, scratches, and other signs of use than harder wood types like oak or ash. Although pine is a softwood, many choose it for its natural charm and ability to beautifully patina over time. With the right treatment, you can extend the life of the floor and give it a surface that is more resistant to everyday use.

Caring for your new wood floor

Surface treatment:

Care information:

Pine flooring supplied by Wiking Gulve, which has been treated with wax oil, is generally ready for use. However, we recommend re-treating the floor before use if it is installed in a high-traffic area (e.g., kitchen or hallway).

General treatment instructions:Always wash and maintain your floor with products developed for wax oil surfaces. We recommend using Saicos' products for ongoing maintenance. UseEcoline Wash & Care Soapfor floor washing – always follow the instructions on the container.
The wax oil surface must be maintained to retain its good properties and look beautiful for many years. UseEcoline Wax Care/Maintenance Waxfor ongoing maintenance of the wax surface. Wax Care is available in both neutral/colorless and white.

Apply Wax Care to the entire surface at least once a year. However, you should expect to treat high-wear areas with Wax Care a couple of times a year. Depending on the room's traffic, we recommend spot treatment, especially in hallways, around the dining table, and generally in the kitchen.

We work to transform quality timber into quality floors. That is why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed from 3 layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally stable. This exceptional stability is a unique advantage when the wooden floor is laid over underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in holiday homes.
