We produce all floors with care and precision – and we deliver quickly once they are ready.

Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

We always strive to deliver on time and with the highest quality. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays during transportation from our factory to the delivery address.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

Q-Bone Herringbone Woodura 11x129 mm natural wax combines timeless elegance with modern flooring technology. The classic herringbone pattern adds an exclusive and sophisticated touch to the home, while advanced Woodura technology makes the floor up to 3 times harder than traditional wood floors. The result is a durable and long-lasting floor that combines the elegance of real wood with modern functionality.

With Woodura®, a thin veneer of real oak is pressed together with an HDF core and a layer of wood powder under high pressure and heat. The result is a floor that:

- Has the natural beauty of solid wood.
- Is extra resistant to impact and wear.
- Requires no filling, as the wood powder fills in irregularities and knots.

Caring for your new wood floor

Surface treatment:

Care information:

Hardwax oil:The floor is ready for use. If the floor is in a heavily trafficked room (e.g. hallway or kitchen), we recommend applying Wiking Gulve Cleaning and Care Oil to the surface before use.

Always wash and care for your floor with products developed for hardwax oil surfaces. We recommend using Saicos products for ongoing maintenance. Use Ecoline Wash & Care Soap when washing floors – always follow the instructions on the container. The hardwax oil surface must be maintained so that it retains its good properties and stays beautiful for many years. Use Ecoline Wax Care/Maintenance Wax for ongoing maintenance of the wax surface. Wax Care is available in both neutral/colourless and white. Use Wax Care over the entire surface at least once a year. However, you should expect to treat worn areas with Wax Care a couple of times a year. Depending on the room's traffic, we recommend spot treatment, especially in hallways, by the dining table, and generally in the kitchen.

Floating installation: Comes with a Q-LOC click system and can be installed as a floating floor without the use of glue. Requires a level subfloor and underlay with impact sound insulation.

Opbygning:
Q-Bone is manufactured using the patented Woodura® technology, which makes it possible to compress and harden wood, resulting in floors that are three times harder than traditional wood floors. The hardening process creates a very strong, impact and moisture-resistant surface on an HDF (High Density Fibreboard) core that never needs to be sanded.
