We produce all floors with care and precision – and we deliver quickly once they are ready.

Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

We always strive to deliver on time and with the highest quality. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays during transportation from our factory to the delivery address.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

Q-Bone Herringbone Woodura 11x129 mm untreated combines timeless elegance with modern flooring technology. The classic herringbone pattern adds an exclusive and sophisticated touch to the home, while advanced Woodura technology makes the floor up to 3 times harder than traditional wood floors. The result is a durable and long-lasting floor that combines the elegance of real wood with modern functionality.

With Woodura®, a thin veneer of real oak is pressed together with an HDF core and a layer of wood powder under high pressure and heat. The result is a floor that:

- Has the natural beauty of solid wood.
- Is extra resistant to impact and wear.
- Requires no filling, as the wood powder fills in irregularities and knots.

The floor is supplied untreated, which gives you the freedom to choose the surface treatment that suits your home yourself
– for example, natural oil, white oil, or matte lacquer.

Care information:

Untreated: Supplied untreated and must have a protective surface treatment before use. The wood is sanded and ready to receive the treatment you desire.

How should it be generally treated: Depending on which surface treatment you have chosen for the floor, there will of course also be differences in ongoing maintenance. We recommend that you consult the manufacturer of the chosen surface treatment to ensure the best care for your new floor.

Floating installation: Features the Q-LOC click system and can be installed as a floating floor without the use of adhesive. Requires a level subfloor and an underlayment with impact sound insulation.

Opbygning:
Q-Bone is produced with the patented Woodura technology, which makes it possible to compress and harden wood, resulting in floors that are three times harder than traditional wooden floors. The hardening process creates a very strong, impact- and moisture-resistant surface on an HDF (High Density Fibreboard) core, which never needs sanding.
