Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

The floor is manufactured with a strong lamella construction, ensuring optimal dimensional stability – even with underfloor heating. With Oak Select 22x185 Natural Oil, you invest in a wooden floor with a long lifespan, natural warmth, and an uncompromising, Scandinavian finish – tailored for spaces where aesthetics and functionality must go hand in hand.

Oak is one of the most widely used and valued wood types for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically ranges around 3.5 - 3.7. This positions oak as a hard wood type, suitable for both private homes and commercial spaces where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, so that the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface are preserved, cracks and knots in this wood type will be filled with specially adapted wood filler and/or hotmelt. Likewise, loose knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood type, so that color tone and structure are maintained.

Caring for your new wood floor

Care information:

Oil saturation:Immediately after installation, the floor must be saturated with oil. UseTrip Trap Oil Care Naturaland follow the instructions on the container. The floor should be treated once, after which you can move into your new Wiking floor as soon as the oil has cured according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Oiled floor:We recommend that you regularly maintain your oiled floor with Trip Trap Oil Care Natural approximately 2-3 times a year. If the floor is installed in a high-traffic area, such as a hallway or kitchen, you should expect it to require care more often than if
the floor is in a room. Regular floor washing can usually be done with clean lukewarm water or possiblyTrip Trap Natural Soap Natural. You can advantageously wash the floor with
Trip Trap Oil Soapevery 4-5 floor washes to slightly postpone the next oil treatment, as you thereby add a little oil to the surface. However, you should not use
the oil soap with every floor wash, as the wood can become oversaturated and develop a greasy oil layer, which will bind dust and dirt to the surface.

We work to ensure that quality timber becomes quality flooring. Therefore, our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed in 3 layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally stable. This exceptional stability is a unique advantage when the wooden floor is laid over underfloor heating or where there are greater fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
