Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

Oak Select 22x185 White Oil – sustainable and exclusive oak flooring.
A stylish and exclusive oak plank floor – manufactured with a strong and dimensionally stable lamella construction. The wide planks and Select sorting create an elegant and calm expression, perfect for modern and Nordic homes.

Select sorting consists of carefully selected oak with a uniform structure, with few or no knots. This provides a harmonious, light appearance – perfect for those who want a calm and refined floor without disturbances in the surface.

The floor is treated with white oil, which both brightens the natural colours of the oak and highlights the fine grain. The oil also protects the surface against daily wear and tear and makes the floor easy to maintain.

Oak is a classic hardwood species, known for its strength, warmth, and long durability. With Oak Select 22x185 White Oil, you get a floor with Nordic light, natural elegance, and technical durability – suitable for both private homes and commercial properties where aesthetics and functionality go hand in hand.

Oak is one of the most used and valued wood types for floors – and not without reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures the wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically ranges around 3.5 - 3.7. This places oak as a hard wood type, suitable for both private homes and commercial properties where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, so that the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface are preserved, this wood type will feature filling of cracks and knots with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen out knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood type, so that colour tone and structure are preserved.

Caring for your new wood floor

Care information:

How it should be treated during installation:Oak wood supplied by Wiking Gulve, which has been pre-treated with white oil, must be saturated after installation.

Oil saturation:Immediately after installation, the floor must be saturated with oil. UseTrip Trap Oil Care Whiteand follow the instructions on the container. The floor should be treated once, after which you can move into your new Wiking floor as soon as the oil has cured according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Oiled floor:We recommend that you regularly maintain your oiled floor withTrip Trap Oil Care Whiteonce a year. If the floor is installed in a high-traffic area, such as a hallway or a kitchen, you should expect it to need more frequent care than if the floor is in a room. Regular floor cleaning can usually be done with clean lukewarm water or possiblyTrip Trap Natural Soap White. You can advantageously wash the floor withTrip Trap Oil Soapevery 4-5 floor washes to postpone the next oil treatment a little, as you thereby add a little oil to the surface. However, you should not use the oil soap every time you wash the floor, as the wood can become oversaturated and develop a greasy oil layer, which will bind dust and dirt to the surface.

We strive to transform quality timber into quality floors. That is why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed in 3 layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This exceptional stability is a unique advantage when the wooden floor is installed over underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
