Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and

Oak Select 15x185 Invisible Matlak – natural look with modern protection.
The ideal choice for those who want a light and natural oak floor – but with a durable and almost invisible surface treatment. Here you get an exclusive floor with a genuine wood feel and an ultra-matte finish that preserves the wood's raw and authentic expression.

The floor is constructed with a strong, lamella-engineered structure, ensuring high stability and long durability – perfect for both new builds and renovations, even with underfloor heating. The softly rounded edges of the planks create an elegant and cohesive look in the room.

The Select sorting ensures that only the finest pieces of oak are used – with few or no knots. This results in a calm, uniform floor with an exclusive and harmonious expression that fits perfectly with modern, minimalist, and light interiors.

The Invisible Matlak treatment effectively protects the wood against wear and stains, but without changing its natural color or glow. The surface appears completely matte and almost untreated, which makes it possible to preserve the raw, light expression – while the floor is easy to maintain in a busy everyday life.

With Oak Select 15x185 Invisible Matlak, you get a timeless and aesthetic floor of high quality – where the expression of nature and modern functionality meet in perfect balance.

Oak is one of the most widely used and valued wood species for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically scores around 3.5 - 3.7. This positions oak as a hard wood species, suitable for both private homes and businesses where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, thus preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, cracks and knots in this wood species will be filled with specially adapted wood filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, so that color tone and structure are preserved.

Caring for your new wood floor

Care information:

Lacquered floor: Lacquered floors, like all other surfaces, require continuous maintenance. It is recommended to place felt pads under chairs to minimize surface scratches. If the floor gets a scratch, it can be beneficial to treat it with Trip Trap Lacquer Care. The lacquer care does not remove the scratch but minimizes its appearance. If there is a breach in the lacquer, it is very important that the damage is repaired as quickly as possible so that the lacquer is sealed and liquid cannot penetrate the wood.

For floor washing, it is recommended to use Trip Trap Vinyl, Laminate and Lacquer Soap. Follow the manufacturer's dosage instructions.

We work to transform quality timber into quality flooring. That is why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed from 3 layers of wood. In 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This exceptional stability is a unique advantage when the wooden floor is laid on underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in holiday homes.
