Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and

Oak Select 15x185 White Oil is made from carefully selected oak in Select sorting – a uniform sorting with few or no knots and no dark core, which provides a calm, harmonious, and stylish expression. An obvious choice for those who want a light, elegant, and timeless floor with a Nordic character.

The floor is treated with white oil, which brightens the oak's natural color tones and highlights the fine grain. At the same time, the oil protects the surface against everyday wear and tear, so your floor stays beautiful for many years.

Oak is a classic and durable wood species that combines warmth, durability, and natural color variations in light to golden shades. With Oak Select White Oil, you get a quality floor with a clean, Scandinavian expression – ideal for modern homes and light interiors.

Oak is one of the most used and valued wood species for floors – and not without reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures the wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically ranges around 3.5 - 3.7. This positions oak as a hard wood species, suitable for both private homes and businesses where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, so that the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface are maintained, this wood species will feature the filling of cracks and knots with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Likewise, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, so that color tone and structure are preserved.

How to treat the floor after installation:Oak wood supplied by Wiking Gulve, which has been pre-treated with white oil, must be saturated after installation.

Oil saturation:Immediately after installation, the floor must be saturated with oil. UseTrip Trap Oil Care Whiteand follow the instructions on the container. The floor should be treated once, after which you can move into your new Wiking floor as soon as the oil has cured according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Oiled floor:We recommend that you regularly maintain your oiled floor withTrip Trap Oil Care Whiteonce a year. If the floor is installed in a high-traffic area, such as a hallway or a kitchen, you should expect it to need more frequent care than if the floor is in a room. Ordinary floor cleaning can usually be done with clean lukewarm water or possiblyTrip Trap Natural Soap White. You can advantageously wash the floor withTrip Trap Oil Soapevery 4-5 floor washes to postpone the next oil treatment a little, as you thereby add a little oil to the surface. However, you should not use the oil soap with every floor wash, as the wood can become oversaturated and get a greasy oil layer, which will bind dust and dirt to the surface.

We strive to transform quality timber into quality flooring. That is why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed from 3 layers of wood. In 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This unique stability is a distinct advantage when the wood floor is laid over underfloor heating or where there are greater fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
