We produce all floors with care and precision – and we deliver quickly once they are ready.

Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

Oak Select 15x185 Frost Matt Lacquer – a light, modern oak floor with a matt finish.

The floor is constructed with a strong lamella build, ensuring high stability and making it ideal for both new builds and renovations – even with underfloor heating. The rounded edges along each plank create a soft transition and add an exclusive touch to the room.

The wood is sorted in Select quality, meaning you get a uniform and calm surface with few or no knots and no dark heartwood. This provides an elegant and harmonious appearance – perfect for bright, minimalist home interiors.

The surface is treated with a frost matt lacquer, which gives a bright and subdued expression. The ultra-matt finish has an almost oiled look, but with the strong, easy-to-clean, and durable properties of lacquer. Perfect for modern family life with a focus on both aesthetics and functionality.

Oak is a classic, durable wood species, and with Oak Select Frost Matt Lacquer, you get a quality floor that combines Nordic lightness with long-lasting beauty – in a clean and modern design.

Oak is one of the most used and appreciated wood species for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically scores around 3.5 - 3.7. This positions oak as a hard wood species, suitable for both private homes and businesses where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor where the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface are maintained, cracks and knots in this wood species will be filled with specially adapted wood filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, so that color tone and structure are preserved.

Caring for your new wood floor

Care information:

Lacquered floor: Lacquered floors, like all other surfaces, require ongoing maintenance. It is recommended to place felt pads under chairs to minimize surface scratches. If the floor gets a scratch, it is advisable to treat it with Trip Trap Lacquer Care. The lacquer care does not remove the scratch but minimizes its appearance. If there is a break in the lacquer, it is very important that the damage is repaired as quickly as possible so that the lacquer is sealed and liquid cannot penetrate the wood.

When cleaning the floor, it is recommended to use Trip Trap Vinyl, Laminate and Lacquer Soap. Follow the manufacturer's dosing instructions.

We strive to turn quality timber into quality floors. That is why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed from 3 layers of wood. In 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally sound. This unique stability is a distinct advantage when the wooden floor is laid on underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in holiday homes.
