Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and

Oak Prestige Pacific Invisible Matte Lacquer – exclusive wide oak planks with a natural look.
A truly exceptional wooden floor. The extra-wide 235 mm planks create an elegant and calm expression, giving the room a sense of luxury and harmony – perfect for modern homes with large surfaces and plenty of light.

The Pacific sorting is characterized by its uniform appearance with few knots and minor fillings, which results in a stylish floor with plenty of elegance. The surface is treated with invisible matte lacquer, which preserves the oak's natural color and structure while providing durable protection that makes the floor both dirt-repellent and easy to maintain.

Oak is a classic and robust wood species, loved for its strength, warm glow, and timeless beauty. With the Prestige series, you get a floor that combines durability and exclusive design – an investment that becomes more beautiful with age.

Oak is one of the most widely used and valued wood species for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures the wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically scores around 3.5 - 3.7. This places oak as a hard wood species, suitable for both private homes and commercial use where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, thus preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, cracks and knots in this wood species will be filled with specially adapted sanding compound and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen out knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, so that color tone and structure are preserved.

Caring for your new wood floor

Care information:

Lacquered floor: Lacquered floors, like all other surfaces, require ongoing maintenance. It is recommended to place felt pads under chairs to minimize surface scratches. If the floor gets a scratch, it is advisable to treat it with Trip Trap Lacquer Care. The lacquer care does not remove the scratch but minimizes its appearance. If there is a break in the lacquer, it is very important that the damage is repaired as quickly as possible so that the lacquer is sealed and liquid cannot penetrate the wood.

For floor washing, it is recommended to use Trip Trap Vinyl, Laminate, and Lacquer Soap. Follow the dosage instructions from the manufacturer.

We work to transform quality wood into quality floors. That is why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed from 3 layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally stable. This exceptional stability is a unique advantage when the wooden floor is laid over underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in holiday homes.
