Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

Oak Prestige Pacific 22x235 White Oil combines quality with a soft and elegant surface – perfect for those who want an exclusive and natural oak floor that creates a bright and inviting home.

Oak is one of the most widely used and valued wood species for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures the wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically ranges from 3.5 to 3.7. This places oak as a hard wood species, suitable for both private homes and commercial use where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, thus preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, cracks and knots in this wood species will be filled with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen out knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, thus preserving colour tone and structure.

Caring for your new wood floor

Surface treatment:
White Oil

Care information:

Oil saturation:Immediately after installation, the floor must be saturated with oil. UseTrip Trap Oil Care Whiteand follow the instructions on the container. The floor must be treated once, after which you can move into your new Wiking floor as soon as the oil has cured according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Oiled floor:We recommend that you regularly maintain your oiled floor with Trip Trap Oil Care White once a year. If the floor is installed in a high-traffic area, such as a hallway or kitchen, you should expect it to need more frequent care than if
the floor is in a bedroom. Regular floor washing can usually be done with clean lukewarm water or possiblyTrip Trap Natural Soap White. You can advantageously wash the floor with
Trip Trap Oil Soapevery 4-5 floor washes to postpone the next oil treatment a little, as you thereby add a little oil to the surface. However, you should not use
oil soap with every floor wash, as the wood can become oversaturated and get a greasy oil layer, which will bind dust and dirt to the surface.

We strive to transform quality timber into quality flooring. That's why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed from 3 layers of wood. In 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is oriented crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This unique stability is a distinct advantage when installing wood flooring over underfloor heating or in environments with significant fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as summer houses.
