Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and

Oak Prestige Pacific Frost Matt Lacquer – wide oak flooring with a light finish.
A top-class wooden floor – an exclusive wide plank oak floor, designed for homes that focus on both aesthetics and durability. The extra wide planks, measuring 235 mm, provide a calm and luxurious overall impression, perfect for large rooms with light and air.

The Pacific grading is selected for its harmonious appearance with few knots, plugs, and fillings. This means you get an elegant floor with natural variation, but without the strong grain that other gradings might have. The result is a timeless base that can be matched with both modern and classic interiors.

The surface is treated with frost matt lacquer, which gives a beautiful, matte finish that both highlights the oak’s structure and effectively protects against everyday wear and tear. The lacquer makes the floor easy to maintain and keeps it beautiful for many years to come.

Oak is one of the most popular wood types for floors in Denmark – known for its durability, warm glow, and timeless appearance. With Prestige Pacific, you get a floor that combines these qualities with exclusive width and elegant surface treatment.

Oak is one of the most used and valued wood types for floors – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless look, oak is known for its high durability and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures the wood’s resistance to pressure, oak typically ranges around 3.5 - 3.7. This places oak as a hard wood type, suitable for both private homes and businesses where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor where the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface are maintained, cracks and knots in this wood type will be filled with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood type, so that the color tone and structure are preserved.

Caring for your new wood floor

Care information:

Lacquered floor:Lacquered floors, like all other surfaces, require continuous maintenance. It is recommended to place felt pads under chairs to minimize surface scratches. If the floor gets a scratch, it can be beneficial to treat it with Trip Trap Lacquer Care. The lacquer care does not remove the scratch but minimizes its appearance. If there is a break in the lacquer, it is very important that the damage is repaired as quickly as possible so that the lacquer is sealed and liquid cannot penetrate the wood.

When cleaning the floor, it is recommended to use Trip Trap Vinyl, Laminate, and Lacquer Soap. Follow the manufacturer's dosing instructions.

We strive to transform quality timber into quality floors. That’s why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed from 3 layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood’s natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This unique stability is a distinct advantage when the wood floor is laid over underfloor heating or where there are significant fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
