Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

Oak Prestige Pacific 22x220 Natural Matt Lacquer – exclusive oak flooring with warm tones and natural elegance.

An exclusive plank floor that combines modern Nordic design with nature's own beauty. The wide 220 mm planks create a calm and harmonious expression, allowing the oak's structure and colour variations to stand out clearly. The floor exudes quality and craftsmanship – created for those who desire a stylish, yet warm and lively expression in their home.

The Pacific sorting is characterised by an elegant and balanced play of colours with natural variations, small knots, and light fillings, which give the floor depth and personality without appearing too rustic. Each plank is unique and contributes to a floor with character, perfectly suited for both modern and classic interiors.

The surface is treated with natural matt lacquer, which preserves the oak's original glow and structure. The matt finish gives a natural, soft look and a pleasant surface, while the lacquer effectively protects against dirt and daily wear. The result is a durable, easy-to-clean, and timeless wooden floor that will remain beautiful for many years.

Oak is one of the most used and valued wood species for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically ranges around 3.5 - 3.7. This places oak as a hard wood species, suitable for both private homes and commercial spaces where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, thus preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, cracks and knots in this wood species will be filled with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, missing knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, thus preserving colour tone and structure.

Caring for your new wood floor

Care information:

Lacquered floor: Lacquered floors, like all other surfaces, require continuous maintenance. It is recommended to place felt pads under chairs to minimize surface scratches. If the floor gets a scratch, it is advisable to treat it with Trip Trap Lacquer Care. The lacquer care does not remove the scratch but minimizes its appearance. If there is a breach in the lacquer, it is very important that the damage is repaired as soon as possible so that the lacquer is sealed and liquid cannot penetrate the wood.

For floor washing, it is recommended to use Trip Trap Vinyl, Laminate, and Lacquer Soap. Follow the dosing instructions from the manufacturer.

We strive to transform quality timber into quality flooring. This is why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed from 3 layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
thus making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This unique stability is a distinct advantage when the wood floor is installed over underfloor heating or where there are significant fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, for example, in holiday homes.
