Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and

Oak Prestige Pacific 15x235 Natural Oil – wide and natural oak flooring of exclusive quality.

With a width of 235 mm and a thickness of 15 mm, this floor adds an impressive visual tranquility and spaciousness – perfect for both modern and classic home decor. The stable lamella construction ensures high dimensional stability and long lifespan – even with underfloor heating.

The Pacific grading provides a uniform and elegant look with few and small knots, plugs, and light fillings. The calm grading retains the wood's natural life, but without too much visual clutter – ideal for those who want a wooden floor with an exclusive finish and a balanced expression.

The surface is treated with natural oil, which enhances the warm tones and lively structure of the oak without removing its natural character. The oil penetrates the wood and provides a durable, dirt-repellent surface that is also easy to maintain.

With Oak Prestige Pacific 15x235 Natural Oil, you get a beautiful and robust wooden floor where nature's aesthetics and modern comfort meet – perfect for those who do not want to compromise on either style or quality.

Oak is one of the most used and valued wood types for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures the wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically scores around 3.5 - 3.7. This places oak as a hard wood type, suitable for both private homes and commercial properties where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, thus preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, cracks and knots in this wood type will be filled with specially adapted wood filler and/or hotmelt. Likewise, fallen out knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood type, so that color tone and structure are preserved.

Caring for your new wood floor

Surface treatment:
Natural Oil

Care information:

Oil Saturation: Immediately after installation, the floor must be saturated with oil. Use Trip Trap Oil Care Natural and follow the instructions on the container. The floor must be treated once, after which you can move into your new Wiking floor as soon as the oil has hardened according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Oiled Floor: We recommend that you continuously maintain your oiled floor with Trip Trap Oil Care Natural once a year. If the floor is installed in a high-traffic area, such as a hallway or a kitchen, you should expect it to need more frequent care than if
the floor is in a room. Regular floor washing can often be done with clean lukewarm water or possibly Trip Trap Natural Soap Natural. You can advantageously wash the floor with
Trip Trap Oil Soap every 4-5 washes to postpone the next oil treatment a little, as you thereby add a small amount of oil to the surface. However, you should not use
oil soap with every floor wash, as the wood can become oversaturated and develop a greasy oil layer, which will bind dust and dirt to the surface.

We work to ensure that quality wood becomes quality flooring. That's why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed from 3 layers of wood. In 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally stable. This exceptional stability is a unique advantage when the wooden floor is laid on underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
