Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and

Specifications and guide

Oak Prestige Pacific Frost Matt Lacquer – exclusive, light, wide-plank flooring.
An elegant and exclusive oak plank floor, combining natural beauty with high durability. The Prestige series is characterized by its extra-wide planks of 235 mm, which provide a calm, luxurious, and coherent expression – perfect for large rooms with plenty of light.

The Pacific grading offers a harmonious and uniform appearance with smaller knots, plugs, and fillings. This creates a stylish floor with natural variation, without appearing too busy – ideal for modern, exclusive interiors.

The surface is treated with frost matt lacquer, which gives a matt and light finish. The lacquer effectively protects the floor against daily wear and dirt, while highlighting the beautiful structure and color play of the oak.

As a hardwood, oak is one of the most sought-after materials for wood floors – robust, timeless, and with a warmth that only becomes more beautiful with time.

Oak is one of the most used and valued wood types for floors – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high durability and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically scores around 3.5 - 3.7. This places oak as a hard wood type, suitable for both private homes and commercial settings where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, this wood type will feature crack and knot filling with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood type, thus preserving color tone and structure.

Caring for your new wood floor

Care information:

Varnished floor: Like all other surfaces, varnished floors require regular maintenance. It is recommended to place felt pads under chairs to minimize surface scratches. If the floor gets a scratch, it is advisable to treat it with Trip Trap Lacquer Care. The lacquer care does not remove the scratch but minimizes its appearance. If there is a break in the lacquer, it is very important that the damage is repaired as soon as possible so that the lacquer is sealed and liquid cannot penetrate the wood.

For floor washing, it is recommended to use Trip Trap Vinyl, Laminate, and Lacquer Soap. Follow the manufacturer's dosing instructions.

We strive to turn quality timber into quality floors. That is why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed in 3 layers of wood. In 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
thus making the planks stable and dimensionally sound. This exceptional stability is a unique advantage when the wooden floor is laid on underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in holiday homes.
