Specifications and guide

Product Description

Oak Prestige Fenris - Exclusive wide plank flooring with raw natural character and warm, natural oiled finish.
Combines nature's authentic expression with an elegant, modern design. The floor is part of our Prestige series, which is characterized by its extra-wide planks, measuring a full 235 mm – a dimension that creates calm, depth, and exclusivity in any room.

The Fenris grading highlights the natural character of the oak with knots, fillings, and a beautiful play of colors between light and darker wood tones. The result is a vibrant, raw, and unique floor, where no two planks are alike.

The surface is treated with natural oil, which enhances the wood's warm glow and grain patterns. At the same time, the oil protects the floor against daily wear and tear and makes it easy to maintain – without compromising its natural look.

In short: A characterful wide plank floor with lots of personality, depth, and warmth – created by nature, enhanced with natural oil.

Oak is one of the most commonly used and valued wood species for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high durability and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures the wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically scores around 3.5 - 3.7. This positions oak as a hard wood species, suitable for both private homes and commercial spaces where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, thus preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, this wood species will feature filling of cracks and knots with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Likewise, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, thereby maintaining color tone and structure.
