We produce all floors with care and precision – and we deliver quickly once they are ready.

Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

We always strive to deliver on time and with the highest quality. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays during transportation from our factory to the delivery address.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and

Caring for your new wood floor

Surface treatment:
White oil

Care information:

Oil Saturation:Immediately after installation, the floor must be saturated with oil. Use Trip Trap White Oil Careand follow the instructions on the container. The floor needs to be treated once, after which you can move into your new Wiking floor as soon as the oil has cured according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Oiled Floor:We recommend that you regularly maintain your oiled floor with Trip Trap White Oil Care approximately 2-3 times a year. If the floor is installed in a high-traffic area, such as a hallway or a kitchen, you should expect it to require more frequent care than if
the floor is in a bedroom. Regular floor cleaning can often be done with clean lukewarm water or possibly Trip Trap Natural Soap White. You can advantageously wash the floor with
Trip Trap Oil Soapevery 4-5 washes to slightly postpone the next oil treatment, as this will add a little oil to the surface. However, you should not use
the oil soap with every floor wash, as the wood can become oversaturated and develop a greasy oil layer, which will bind dust and dirt to the surface.

We strive to turn quality timber into quality floors. That is why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed from 3 layers of wood. In 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
thus making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This unique stability is a distinct advantage when the wood floor is laid over underfloor heating or in places with larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in holiday homes.
