Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

Oak Prestige Atlantic 22x235 Invisible Matt Lacquer – exclusive wooden floor with wide planks and natural look.
A luxurious oak floor in extra wide planks, giving the room a calm and cohesive atmosphere. The impressive 235 mm wide planks create an exclusive overall impression, which is especially effective in large rooms with air and light.

The Atlantic sorting highlights the oak's natural variations with knots, plugs, and fillings, combined with a lively play of colors from very light shades to deeper, darker tones. Each plank is unique, giving your floor a personal and dynamic character.

The surface is treated with Invisible Matt Lacquer, which preserves the wood's natural color and raw structure – as if it were untreated – while providing a durable, dirt-repellent, and easy-to-clean surface.

With Oak Prestige Atlantic 22x235 Invisible Matt Lacquer, you get a wide plank floor that combines the strength and durability of oak with a modern, natural look and exclusive quality.

Oak is one of the most commonly used and valued wood species for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically scores around 3.5 - 3.7. This places oak as a hard wood species, suitable for both private homes and businesses where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, so that the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface are preserved, cracks and knots in this wood species will be filled with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, so that color tone and structure are preserved.

Caring for your new wood floor

Care information:

Lacquered floor: Lacquered floors, like all other surfaces, require ongoing maintenance. It is recommended to place felt pads under chairs to minimise surface scratches. If the floor gets a scratch, it is advisable to treat it with Trip Trap Lacquer Care. The lacquer care does not remove the scratch but minimises its appearance. If there is a break in the lacquer, it is very important that the damage is repaired as quickly as possible so that the lacquer is sealed and liquid cannot penetrate the wood.

For floor cleaning, it is recommended to use Trip Trap Vinyl, Laminate and Lacquer Soap. Follow the manufacturer's dosing instructions.

We work to transform quality timber into quality flooring. That is why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed from 3 layers of wood. In 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This unique stability is a significant advantage when the wooden floor is laid over underfloor heating or where there are greater fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
