Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

With the Atlantic sorting, you get a vibrant and varied floor where nature's own character is clearly evident. Here you will find a beautiful interplay of light and darker shades, combined with natural knots, plugs, and fillings. Each plank is unique, giving you the freedom to create a truly personal floor design.

The surface is treated with white oil, which emphasizes the oak's structure, gives the floor a bright and inviting look, and simultaneously protects against dirt and wear. The result is a durable and welcoming floor that becomes more beautiful with time.

Oak is known for its strength and longevity, and with Prestige Atlantic, you get a timeless wooden floor that combines natural beauty with exclusive quality.

Oak is one of the most used and valued wood types for floors – and not without reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures the wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically scores around 3.5 - 3.7. This positions oak as a hard wood type, suitable for both private homes and commercial spaces where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, so that the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface are maintained, cracks and knots in this wood type will be filled with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Likewise, missing knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood type, so that color tone and structure are preserved.

Caring for your new wood floor

Surface treatment:
White oil

Care information:

Oil saturation:Immediately after installation, the floor must be saturated with oil. UseTrip Trap Oil Care Whiteand follow the instructions on the container. The floor must be treated once, after which you can move into your new Wiking floor as soon as the oil has cured according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Oiled floor:We recommend that you continuously maintain your oiled floor with Trip Trap Oil Care White once a year. If the floor is installed in a room with a lot of traffic, e.g. a hallway or a kitchen, you should expect it to need care more often than if
the floor is in a bedroom. Regular floor washing can usually be done with clean lukewarm water or possiblyTrip Trap Natural Soap White. You can advantageously wash the floor with
Trip Trap Oil Soapevery 4-5 floor washes to postpone the next oil treatment a little, as you thereby add a little oil to the surface. However, you should not use
the oil soap with every floor wash, as the wood can become oversaturated and get a greasy oil layer, which will bind dust and dirt to the surface.

We strive to turn quality timber into quality flooring. That's why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed in 3 layers of wood. In 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This unique stability is a distinct advantage when the wooden floor is laid on underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer homes.
