Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and

Oak Prestige Atlantic 22x235 Frost Matt Lacquer – exclusive wide plank flooring with natural character.
A luxurious oak floor in extra-wide planks that creates an impressive and serene overall impression in the home. The 235 mm wide planks give the floor an exclusive character, perfect for spacious homes with large windows and high ceilings.

The Atlantic grading highlights the natural variations of the oak with visible knots, plugs, fillings, and a vibrant play of colors from light to darker shades. Each plank is unique and gives the floor a personal and dynamic expression.

The surface is treated with frost matt lacquer, which provides a light, durable matte finish and simultaneously protects against everyday wear and tear and dirt. The lacquer preserves the natural structure of the wood and makes the floor easy to clean and maintain.

Oak is one of the most widely used and valued wood species for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically ranges around 3.5 - 3.7. This positions oak as a hard wood species, suitable for both private homes and commercial spaces where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor where the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface are maintained, cracks and knots in this wood species will be filled with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, thus preserving color tone and structure.

Caring for your new wood floor

Care information:

Varnished floor:Varnished floors, like all other surfaces, require ongoing maintenance. It is recommended to place felt pads under chairs to minimize surface scratches. If the floor gets a scratch, it can be beneficial to treat it with Trip Trap Lacquer Care. The lacquer care does not remove the scratch, but it minimizes its appearance. If there is a break in the varnish, it is very important that the damage is repaired as quickly as possible so that the varnish is sealed and liquid cannot penetrate the wood.

For floor washing, it is recommended to use Trip Trap Vinyl, Laminate, and Lacquer Soap. Follow the dosing instructions from the manufacturer.

In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
