Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

Oak Prestige Atlantic 15x235 Natural Oil – wide plank flooring with warmth and a natural expression.
An elegant oak floor in wide planks that gives the room an exclusive and harmonious atmosphere. With a width of 235 mm, you get a floor that accentuates the size of the room and creates an impressive overall impression – ideal for both modern and classic homes.

The Atlantic sorting is characterized by its lively and varied play. Here you will find everything that makes oak so unique: natural knots, plugs, fillings, and a beautiful play of colors from the very light sections to the deeper, darker nuances. Each plank is different and contributes to a floor with a lot of personality and character.

The surface is treated with natural oil, which enhances the warm glow and natural structure of the oak. At the same time, the oil protects against dirt and wear, so your floor remains beautiful for many years to come.

Oak is one of the most used and valued wood types for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high durability and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically ranges around 3.5 - 3.7. This places oak as a hard wood type, suitable for both private homes and commercial use where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, thus preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, this wood type will feature crack and knot filling with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood type, so that color tone and structure are preserved.

Caring for your new wood floor

Surface treatment:
Natural Oil

Care information:

Oil saturation:Immediately after installation, the floor must be saturated with oil. UseTrip Trap Oil Care Naturaland follow the instructions on the container. The floor must be treated once, after which you can move into your new Wiking floor as soon as the oil has cured according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Oiled floor:We recommend that you regularly maintain your oiled floor with Trip Trap Oil Care Natural once a year. If the floor is installed in a room with a lot of traffic, e.g. a hallway or a kitchen, you should expect it to need care more often than if
the floor is in a bedroom. Regular floor washing can usually be done with clean lukewarm water or possiblyTrip Trap Natural Soap Natural. You can advantageously wash the floor with
Trip Trap Oil Soapevery 4-5 washes to postpone the next oil treatment a little, as you thereby add a little oil to the surface. However, you should not use
the oil soap every time you wash the floor, as the wood can become oversaturated and develop a greasy oil layer, which will bind dust and dirt to the surface.

We strive to transform quality timber into quality flooring. That's why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed in 3 layers of wood. In 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This unique stability is a distinct advantage when the wooden floor is laid on underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
