Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

Oak Prestige Atlantic 15x235 Invisible Matlak – oak flooring with character and a natural finish.
An elegant oak floor in extra-wide planks, creating a calm and coherent look in the home. With its 235 mm wide planks, the floor has an exclusive character, perfect for both modern homes and classic interiors.

The Atlantic sorting offers a lively and varied character, where natural knots, plugs, and fillings highlight the unique expression of the wood. The color variations range from light to darker tones, giving the floor plenty of depth and personality.

The surface is treated with Invisible Matlak, which preserves the wood's original color and structure, as if the floor were untreated. At the same time, you get a durable and dirt-repellent surface that makes the floor easy to clean and keeps it beautiful for many years.

With Oak Prestige Atlantic 15x235 Invisible Matlak, you get a wide plank floor that combines quality, durability, and a natural look.

Oak is one of the most commonly used and valued wood species for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures the wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically ranges around 3.5 - 3.7. This positions oak as a hard wood species, suitable for both private homes and commercial spaces where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, this wood species will feature filling of cracks and knots with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hot melt. Likewise, fallen out knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, so that color tone and structure are preserved.

Caring for your new wood floor

Surface treatment:
Invisible Matlak

Care information:

Lacquered floor: Lacquered floors, like all other surfaces, require continuous maintenance. It is recommended to place felt pads under chairs to minimize surface scratches. If the floor gets a scratch, it is advisable to treat it with Trip Trap Lacquer Care. The lacquer care does not remove the scratch but minimizes its appearance. If there is a break in the lacquer, it is very important that the damage is repaired as quickly as possible so that the lacquer is sealed and liquid cannot penetrate the wood.

When cleaning the floor, it is recommended to use Trip Trap Vinyl, Laminate and Lacquer Soap. Follow the manufacturer's dosage instructions.

We strive to transform quality timber into quality floors. That’s why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed from 3 layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood’s natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This unique stability is a distinct advantage when the wood floor is laid over underfloor heating or where there are significant fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
