We produce all floors with care and precision – and we deliver quickly once they are ready.

Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and

The surface is treated with white hardwax oil, which gives the oak a beautiful, light tone and highlights the fine grains in the wood. The oil also forms a durable and dirt-repellent protection that makes the floor easy to maintain – without compromising the natural, matte look.

Oak is one of the most widely used and valued wood species for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures the wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically scores around 3.5 - 3.7. This places oak as a hard wood species, suitable for both private homes and businesses where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, thus preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, this wood species will feature filling of cracks and knots with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, so that color tone and structure are maintained.

How to treat it during installation:Oak wood supplied by Wiking Gulve, which has been treated with hardwax oil, is generally ready for use. If the floor is in a high-traffic room (e.g., hallway or kitchen), we recommend applying Wiking Gulve Cleaning and Care Oil to the surface before use.

Wax oil treated floor:Always wash and care for your floor with products developed for wax oil surfaces. We recommend using Saicos' products for ongoing maintenance. Use Ecoline Wash & Care Soap for floor washing – always follow the instructions on the container.

The wax oil surface must be maintained so that the surface retains its good properties and stays beautiful for many years. Use Ecoline Wax Care for ongoing maintenance of the wax surface. Wax Care is available in both neutral/colorless and white.

Use Wax Care over the entire surface at least once a year. However, you should expect to treat high-wear areas with Wax Care a couple of times a year. Depending on the room's traffic, we recommend spot treatment, especially in hallways, by the
dining table, and generally in the kitchen.

We strive to transform quality timber into quality floors. Therefore, all our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed from 3 layers of wood. In our 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
thus making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This exceptional stability is a unique advantage when the wooden floor is laid over underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
