Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

Oak Prestige Atlantic 15x235 Frost Matt Lacquer – light oak flooring with wide planks.
A stylish oak floor with extra-wide planks, which gives an elegant and exclusive look to your home. The 235 mm wide planks highlight the room's architecture and create a calm whole, which is particularly effective in large, bright rooms.

The Atlantic sorting offers vibrant color play and natural details such as knots, plugs, and fillers. Each plank has its own unique character, giving you a floor with lots of personality and character.

The surface is treated with frost matt lacquer, which gives a modern, slightly subdued look. The lacquer effectively protects against everyday wear and tear and makes the floor both dirt-repellent and easy to maintain, without compromising the natural structure and color play of the oak.

With Oak Prestige Atlantic, you get a floor that combines strength, durability, and exclusive design – an investment in both quality and aesthetics.

Oak is one of the most widely used and valued wood types for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures the wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically ranges around 3.5 - 3.7. This places oak as a hard wood type, suitable for both private homes and commercial spaces where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, thus preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, this wood type will feature filling of cracks and knots with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood type, so that color tone and structure are preserved.

Caring for your new wood floor

Care information:

Varnished floor: Varnished floors, like all other surfaces, require ongoing maintenance. It is recommended to place felt pads under chairs to minimize surface scratches. If the floor gets a scratch, it is advisable to treat it with Trip Trap Lacquer Care. The lacquer care does not remove the scratch but minimizes its appearance. If there is a break in the lacquer, it is very important that the damage is repaired as quickly as possible so that the lacquer is sealed and liquid cannot penetrate the wood.

When cleaning the floor, it is recommended to use Trip Trap Vinyl, Laminate and Lacquer Soap. Follow the manufacturer's dosage instructions.

We work to ensure that quality wood becomes quality flooring. That is why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed in 3 layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally stable. This unique stability is a distinct advantage when the wooden floor is laid on underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
