Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

The planks measure 22 mm in thickness and 185 mm in width – dimensions that create a distinctive and exclusive floor surface with an almost solid appearance. The floor is constructed with a strong lamella structure, which ensures high stability and makes it suitable for both new builds and renovations, even where underfloor heating is present.

Oak in Nature sorting is characterized by its natural color variations, visible knots, and small fillings, which emphasize the wood's authentic appearance. This gives a warm and lively expression, where each plank has its own unique character – without compromising the overall impression.

The surface is treated with natural oil, which enhances the oak's structure and natural glow without significantly changing its color. The oil penetrates the wood and effectively protects it against wear and dirt, while giving the floor a matte and warm finish that is easy to maintain.

With Oak Nature 22x185 Natural Oil, you get a wooden floor that combines classic material choice with modern dimensions – perfect for those who want genuine craftsmanship and a natural base with a long lifespan.

Oak is one of the most widely used and valued wood types for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures the wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically ranges from 3.5 to 3.7. This places oak as a hard wood type, suitable for both private homes and businesses where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, thus preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, cracks and knots in this wood type will be filled with specially adapted wood filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood type, so that color tone and structure are preserved.

Caring for your new wood floor

Surface treatment:
Natural Oil

Care information:

Oil saturation:Immediately after installation, the floor must be saturated with oil. UseTrip Trap Oil Care Naturaland follow the instructions on the container. The floor must be treated once, after which you can move into your new Wiking floor as soon as the oil has cured according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Oiled floor:We recommend that you continuously maintain your oiled floor with Trip Trap Oil Care Natural once a year. If the floor is installed in a room with a lot of traffic, e.g. a hallway or a kitchen, you should expect it to need more frequent care than if
the floor is in a room. Regular floor washing can usually be done with clean lukewarm water or possiblyTrip Trap Natural Soap Natural. You can advantageously wash the floor with
Trip Trap Oil Soapevery 4-5 floor washes to postpone the next oil treatment a little, as you thereby add a little oil to the surface. However, you should not use
oil soap every time you wash the floor, as the wood can become oversaturated and develop a greasy oil layer, which will bind dust and dirt to the surface.

We strive to transform quality timber into quality floors. That's why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed in 3 layers of wood. In 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This unique stability is a distinct advantage when the wooden floor is laid on underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
