Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

The planks measure 22 mm in thickness and 185 mm in width, giving a distinct, stable, and massive impression in the room. The robust lamella construction also ensures high dimensional stability and makes the floor suitable for both new builds and renovations – even with underfloor heating. The rounded edges provide an elegant transition between the planks and highlight the wood's natural form.

The oak is sorted in Nature quality, which means you get a beautiful play of colors, natural knots, and small fillings. Oak is one of the most widely used and valued types of wood for floors – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high durability and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures the wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically scores around 3.5 - 3.7. This places oak as a hard wood type, suitable for both private homes and commercial properties where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, so that the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface are preserved, this wood type will feature filling of cracks and knots with specially adapted sand filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood type, so that color tone and structure are preserved.

Caring for your new wood floor

Surface treatment:
White Oil

Care information:

Oil saturation:Immediately after installation, the floor must be saturated with oil. UseTrip Trap Oil Care Whiteand follow the instructions on the container. The floor must be treated once, after which you can move into your new Wiking floor as soon as the oil has cured according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Oiled floor:We recommend that you continuously maintain your oiled floor with Trip Trap Oil Care White once a year. If the floor is installed in a room with a lot of traffic, e.g. a hallway or a kitchen, you should expect it to need care more often than if
the floor is in a room. Ordinary floor washing can often be done with clean lukewarm water or possiblyTrip Trap Natural Soap White. You can advantageously wash the floor with
Trip Trap Oil Soapevery 4-5 floor washes to postpone the next oil treatment a little, as you thereby add a little oil to the surface. However, you should not use
the oil soap with every floor wash, as the wood can become oversaturated and get a greasy oil layer, which will bind dust and dirt to the surface.

We strive to transform quality timber into quality flooring. This is why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed from 3 layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally stable. This exceptional stability is a unique advantage when the wooden floor is laid over underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
