Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

Oak Nature 22x185 Frost Matt Lacquer – solid plank flooring with a light finish and natural variation.
An exclusive and robust oak floor that combines natural charm with modern functionality. With its wide and thick plank profile and beautiful frost matt lacquer, this floor creates a bright and inviting atmosphere – perfect for the Scandinavian home.

The planks have a thickness of 22 mm and a width of a full 185 mm, which gives an impressive and calm expression in the room. The stable lamella construction ensures the floor's dimensional stability and long lifespan – suitable for both new builds and renovation projects, even with underfloor heating. The softly rounded edges provide an elegant and discreet transition between the planks.

The oak wood is graded as Nature quality, meaning that each plank has its own unique character with varying colour tones, natural knots, and minor fillings. This creates a lively surface with plenty of character without appearing messy – a perfect balance between rustic and stylish.

The frost matt lacquer gives an ultra-matte surface that preserves the oak's natural colour with a slight, lighter tone. The lacquer effectively protects against scratches, dirt, and daily wear, while appearing almost invisible. The result is a floor with a raw, untreated look – but with all the practical protection you need in everyday life.

With Oak Nature 22x185 Frost Matt Lacquer, you get a wooden floor that combines strength, authenticity, and aesthetics – ideal for large, bright rooms where both expression and durability are important.

Oak is one of the most widely used and valued wood species for floors – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically scores around 3.5 - 3.7. This places oak as a hard wood species, suitable for both private homes and commercial spaces where durability is a requirement.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, thus preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, cracks and knots in this wood species will be filled with specially adapted wood filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, so that colour tone and structure are maintained.

Caring for your new wood floor

Care information:

Varnished floor: Varnished floors, like all other surfaces, require ongoing maintenance. It is recommended to place felt pads under chairs to minimize surface scratches. If the floor gets a scratch, it can be beneficial to treat it with Trip Trap Lacquer Care. The lacquer care will not remove the scratch, but it will minimize its appearance. If there is a break in the varnish, it is very important that the damage is repaired as soon as possible so that the varnish is sealed and liquid cannot penetrate the wood.

For floor washing, it is recommended to use Trip Trap Vinyl, Laminate, and Lacquer Soap. Follow the dosing instructions from the manufacturer.

We work to ensure that quality wood becomes quality floors. That's why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are built in 3 layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally stable. This exceptional stability is a unique advantage when the wooden floor is laid on underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in holiday homes.
