Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

With Oak Nature 15x185 Natural Oil, you get a stylish and durable wooden floor where nature's aesthetics and functionality go hand in hand – ideal for both modern homes and classic interiors.

Oak is one of the most widely used and appreciated wood types for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high durability and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures the wood's resistance to indentation, oak typically ranges around 3.5 - 3.7. This positions oak as a hard wood type, suitable for both private homes and commercial spaces where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, this wood type will feature filling of cracks and knots with specially adapted wood filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen knots may be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood type, so that colour tone and structure are preserved.

Caring for your new wood floor

Surface treatment:
Natural Oil

Care information:

Oil saturation:Immediately after installation, the floor must be saturated with oil. UseTrip Trap Oil Care Naturaland follow the instructions on the container. The floor must be treated once, after which you can move into your new Wiking floor as soon as the oil has cured according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Oiled floor:We recommend that you continuously maintain your oiled floor with Trip Trap Oil Care Natural once a year. If the floor is installed in a room with a lot of traffic, e.g. a hallway or a kitchen, you should expect that it will need care more often than if
the floor is in a room. Normal floor washing can usually be done with clean lukewarm water or possiblyTrip Trap Natural Soap Natural. You can advantageously wash the floor with
Trip Trap Oil Soapevery 4-5 floor washes to postpone the next oil treatment a little, as you thereby add a little oil to the surface. However, you should not use
oil soap with every floor wash, as the wood can become oversaturated and get a greasy oil layer, which will bind dust and dirt to the surface.

We strive to transform quality timber into quality floors. That is why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed from 3 layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This unique stability is a significant advantage when the wooden floor is laid over underfloor heating or in areas with larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
