Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

With a thickness of 15 mm and a width of 185 mm, the planks create an elegant and harmonious floor that suits both classic and modern homes. Oak is one of the most widely used and valued wood species for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures a wood's resistance to indentation, oak typically ranges around 3.5 - 3.7. This positions oak as a hard wood species, suitable for both private homes and commercial spaces where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, so that the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface are maintained, cracks and knots in this wood species will be filled with specially adapted wood filler and/or hotmelt. Likewise, fallen knots may be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, so that color tone and structure are preserved.

Caring for your new wood floor

Care information:

Varnished floor:Varnished floors, like all other surfaces, require ongoing maintenance. It is recommended to place felt pads under chairs to minimise surface scratches. If the floor gets a scratch, it can be beneficial to treat it with Trip Trap Lacquer Care. The lacquer care does not remove the scratch but minimises its appearance. If there is a break in the lacquer, it is very important that the damage is repaired as soon as possible so that the lacquer is sealed and liquid cannot penetrate the wood.

For floor washing, it is recommended to use Trip Trap Vinyl, Laminate and Lacquer Soap. Follow the manufacturer's dosage instructions.

We work to ensure that quality timber becomes quality flooring. Therefore, our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed in 3 layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally stable. This exceptional stability is a unique advantage when the wooden floor is laid over underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
