We produce all floors with care and precision – and we deliver quickly once they are ready.

Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

Combines classic oak with modern, Nordic elegance. The wide planks create a calm and exclusive surface, while the Nature sorting adds warmth, variation, and personality to the room. A perfect choice for those who desire a light wood floor with natural color variations and authentic character.

The floor is constructed with a stable lamella structure, making it suitable for both renovation and new builds – even in homes with underfloor heating. The 15 mm thick plank with rounded edges provides a soft, harmonious look and complements the wide 185 mm format, which contributes to a modern and open feel in the room.

The oak is sorted in Nature quality, meaning the floor has a warm glow and a more lively expression with natural knots, plugs, and small fillings. These details are not flaws – on the contrary – they highlight the authenticity of the oak and create a classic, timeless style with plenty of character.

The white oil treatment brightens the natural colors of the oak and emphasizes the wood's structure and grain, without hiding its lively expression. At the same time, the oil protects the surface against daily wear and tear and makes the floor easy to maintain, so it stays beautiful for many years.

With Oak Nature 15x185 White Oil, you get a wood floor with both depth and lightness – a floor that creates a bright and inviting atmosphere and will fit perfectly in everything from classic villas to modern apartments.

Oak is one of the most widely used and valued wood species for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures the wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically ranges around 3.5 - 3.7. This places oak as a hard wood species, suitable for both private homes and commercial use where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, so that the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface are maintained, cracks and knots in this wood species will be filled with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Likewise, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, so that color tone and structure are preserved.

Caring for your new wood floor

Surface treatment:
White oil

Care information:

Oil saturation:Immediately after installation, the floor must be saturated with oil. UseTrip Trap Oil Care Whiteand follow the instructions on the container. The floor must be treated once, after which you can move into your new Wiking floor as soon as the oil has hardened according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Oiled floor:We recommend that you regularly maintain your oiled floor with Trip Trap Oil Care White once a year. If the floor is installed in a room with a lot of traffic, e.g., a hallway or a kitchen, you should expect it to need care more often than if
the floor is in a room. Ordinary floor washing can usually be done with clean lukewarm water or possiblyTrip Trap Natural Soap White. You can advantageously wash the floor with
Trip Trap Oil Soapevery 4-5 floor washes to postpone the next oil treatment a bit, as you thereby add a little oil to the surface. However, you should not use
the oil soap every time you wash the floor, as the wood can become oversaturated and get a greasy oil layer, which will bind dust and dirt to the surface.

We strive to transform quality timber into quality flooring. That is why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed from 3 layers of wood. In 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This unique stability is a distinct advantage when the wooden floor is laid on underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in holiday homes.
