Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

Oak Freja 15x155 Raw Matte Lacquer – classic oak flooring with a natural matte finish.

The Freja sorting is characterized by a uniform appearance with discreet grain patterns and minimal knotting – perfect for those who want a stylish floor with a calm, Nordic touch.

The surface is treated with a Raw Matte Lacquer, which gives a natural look. The ultra-matte finish has an almost oiled appearance, but with the strong, easy-to-clean, and durable properties of lacquer. Perfect for modern family life, focusing on both aesthetics and functionality.

Oak is one of the most commonly used and valued wood types for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high durability and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically scores around 3.5 - 3.7. This positions oak as a hard wood type, suitable for both private homes and commercial spaces where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, thus preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, this wood type will feature filling of cracks and knots with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen out knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood type, so that color tone and structure are preserved.

Caring for your new wood floor

Care information:

Lacquered floor:Lacquered floors, like all other surfaces, require regular maintenance. It is recommended to place felt pads under chairs to minimize surface scratches. If the floor gets a scratch, it is advisable to treat it with Trip Trap Lacquer Care. The lacquer care product does not remove the scratch but minimizes its appearance. If there is a break in the lacquer, it is very important that the damage is repaired as quickly as possible so that the lacquer is sealed and liquid cannot penetrate into the wood.

For floor washing, it is recommended to use Trip Trap Vinyl, Laminate, and Lacquer Soap. Follow the dosing instructions from the manufacturer.

We strive to transform quality timber into quality flooring. That is why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed from 3 layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
thus making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This unique stability is a distinct advantage when the wood floor is laid on underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
