Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

The natural oil treatment enhances the structure and warm tones of the oak, while protecting the surface from everyday wear and tear. The oil gives the floor an inviting glow and makes it easy to maintain, so its beauty can be enjoyed for many years.

An ideal choice for those who desire a characterful and exclusive wooden floor in their home.

Oak is one of the most commonly used and valued wood species for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically scores around 3.5 - 3.7. This places oak as a hard wood species, suitable for both private homes and commercial properties where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, this wood species will feature the filling of cracks and knots with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, loose knots may be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, thus preserving color tone and structure.

Caring for your new wood floor

Surface treatment:
Natural Oil

Care information:

Oil saturation: Immediately after installation, the floor must be saturated with oil. Use Trip Trap Oil Care Natural and follow the instructions on the container. The floor should be treated once, after which you can move into your new Wiking floor as soon as the oil has cured according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Oil-treated floor: We recommend that you regularly maintain your oiled floor with Trip Trap Oil Care Natural once a year. If the floor is installed in a room with a lot of traffic, e.g., a hallway or a kitchen, you should expect it to need care more often than if
the floor is in a bedroom. Regular floor washing can often be done with clean lukewarm water or possibly Trip Trap Natural Soap Natural. You can advantageously wash the floor with
Trip Trap Oil Soap every 4-5 floor washes to postpone the next oil treatment a little, as you thereby add a little oil to the surface. However, you should not use
oil soap with every floor wash, as the wood can become oversaturated and get a greasy oil layer, which will bind dust and dirt to the surface.

We strive to turn quality wood into quality floors. That's why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed in 3 layers of wood. In 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally stable. This unique stability is a distinct advantage when the wooden floor is laid on underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
