Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and

Oak Country 22x185 – rustic plank flooring in white-oiled oak.
A floor that exudes the raw beauty of nature. With the Country sorting, you get a vibrant play of colors, where visible knots, plugs, and fillings create an authentic and characterful expression. It is the obvious choice if you want a wooden floor with lots of personality and a touch of retro or rustic style.

The planks are treated with white oil, which brightens the wood and highlights the natural structure and grain of the oak. The white oil also provides effective protection against dirt and everyday wear, making the floor both durable and easy to maintain.

An oak Country floor is not just a practical solution, but also an aesthetic investment that adds warmth and soul to your home.

Oak is one of the most widely used and valued wood species for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures the wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically scores around 3.5 - 3.7. This places oak as a hard wood species, suitable for both private homes and commercial establishments where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, this wood species will feature the filling of cracks and knots with specially adapted sand filler and/or hotmelt. Likewise, fallen out knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, thus preserving color tone and structure.

Caring for your new wood floor

Surface treatment:
White oil

Care information:

Oil saturation:Immediately after installation, the floor must be saturated with oil. UseTrip Trap Oil Care Whiteand follow the instructions on the container. The floor must be treated once, after which you can move into your new Wiking floor as soon as the oil has cured according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Oiled floor:We recommend that you continuously maintain your oiled floor with Trip Trap Oil Care White once a year. If the floor is installed in a room with a lot of traffic, such as a hallway or a kitchen, you should expect it to need care more often than if
the floor is in a room. Regular floor washing can often be done with clean lukewarm water or possiblyTrip Trap Natural Soap White. You can advantageously wash the floor with
Trip Trap Oil Soapat every 4-5th floor wash to postpone the next oil treatment a little, as you thereby add a little oil to the surface. However, you should not use
oil soap with every floor wash, as the wood can become oversaturated and get a greasy oil layer, which will bind dust and dirt to the surface.

We work to ensure that quality timber becomes quality flooring. That is why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed from 3 layers of wood. In 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally stable. This exceptional stability is a unique advantage when the wooden floor is laid over underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in holiday homes.
