Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

Oak Country 15x185 – natural oak flooring with warm tones.
A wooden floor with soul and plenty of life. The Country grading highlights the natural variations of oak with visible knots, plugs, and fillings, creating a rustic and authentic look. Each plank is unique and brings a sense of nature and warmth to the room – perfect for those who want a raw, honest, and lively style in their decor.

The surface is treated with natural oil, which enhances the wood's structure and beautiful play of colors. The oil provides a warm glow, effectively protects against wear, and makes the floor easy to maintain, so you can preserve its natural appearance for many years.

With Oak Country in natural oil, you get a classic plank floor where durability and aesthetics go hand in hand.

Oak is one of the most widely used and valued wood types for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically scores around 3.5 - 3.7. This positions oak as a hard wood type, suitable for both private homes and commercial spaces where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, thus preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, this wood type will feature crack and knot filling with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen knots may be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood type, thus preserving color tone and structure.

Caring for your new wood floor

Surface treatment:
Natural Oil

Care information:

Oil saturation: Immediately after installation, the floor must be saturated with oil. Use Trip Trap Oil Care Natural and follow the instructions on the container. The floor must be treated once, after which you can move into your new Wiking floor as soon as the oil has cured according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Oiled floor: We recommend that you regularly maintain your oiled floor with Trip Trap Oil Care Natural once a year. If the floor is installed in a room with a lot of traffic, e.g., a hallway or a kitchen, you should expect it to need more frequent care than if
the floor is in a bedroom. Regular floor cleaning can often be done with clean lukewarm water or possibly Trip Trap Natural Soap Natural. You can also wash the floor with
Trip Trap Oil Soap every 4-5 floor washes to postpone the next oil treatment a little, as you thereby add a little oil to the surface. However, you should not use
oil soap with every floor wash, as the wood can become oversaturated and develop a greasy oil layer, which will bind dust and dirt to the surface.

We work to ensure that quality timber becomes quality flooring. Therefore, our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed in 3 layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally stable. This exceptional stability is a unique advantage when the wooden floor is laid over underfloor heating or where there are greater fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in holiday homes.
