Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

Oak Country 15x185 – natural oak flooring with white oil.
A wooden floor with lots of character and personality. The Country grading offers a lively play of colours with visible knots, plugs, and fillers, giving the floor a rustic and authentic look. Perfect for those who want a more raw or retro style in their home.

The surface is treated with white oil, which enhances the natural structure of the oak and at the same time creates a bright and inviting atmosphere. The white oil protects against everyday wear and tear and makes the floor easy to maintain, so you can preserve its beautiful appearance for many years.

Oak is one of the most widely used and valued wood types for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures the wood's resistance to pressure, oak typically scores around 3.5 - 3.7. This positions oak as a hard wood type, suitable for both private homes and commercial spaces where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, thus preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, this wood type will feature the filling of cracks and knots with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hot melt. Similarly, fallen knots may be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood type, so that the colour tone and structure are preserved.

Caring for your new wood floor

Surface treatment:
White oil

Care information:

Oil saturation:Immediately after installation, the floor must be saturated with oil. UseTrip Trap Oil Care Whiteand follow the instructions on the container. The floor should be treated once, after which you can move into your new Wiking floor as soon as the oil has cured according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Oiled floor:We recommend that you continuously maintain your oiled floor with Trip Trap Oil Care White once a year. If the floor is installed in a high-traffic area, such as a hallway or a kitchen, you should expect it to require more frequent care than if
the floor is in a room. Regular floor washing can usually be done with clean lukewarm water or optionallyTrip Trap Natural Soap White. You can also wash the floor with
Trip Trap Oil Soapevery 4-5 washes to postpone the next oil treatment slightly, as this adds a small amount of oil to the surface. However, you should not use
oil soap with every floor wash, as the wood can become oversaturated and develop a greasy oil layer, which will bind dust and dirt to the surface.

We strive to turn quality wood into quality floors. That is why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed in 3 layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
so the planks become stable and dimensionally stable. This unique stability is a unique advantage when the wooden floor is laid on underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
