Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

Engineered wood flooring is a timeless choice that gives your home a classic and elegant look. The iconic 3-strip construction combined with the natural variation of oak creates a floor with life and warmth.

Each strip has its own unique play of colours from light to darker shades, giving the floor a harmonious and natural appearance. The natural matte lacquered surface protects the wood from wear and everyday use, while preserving the oak's original colour and character.

Oak is one of the most popular wood species for flooring due to its strength and durability. With this classic parquet solution, you get a beautiful, hard-wearing, and versatile floor that suits both modern and traditional home styles.

Oak is one of the most used and valued wood species for flooring – and for good reason. In addition to its classic and timeless appearance, oak is known for its high wear resistance and hardness. On the Brinell scale, which measures wood's resistance to indentation, oak typically ranges around 3.5 - 3.7. This positions oak as a hard wood species, suitable for both private homes and commercial spaces where durability is required.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, thus preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, cracks and knots in this wood species will be filled with specially adapted wood filler and/or hot melt. Similarly, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, so that colour tone and structure are preserved.

Care information:

Lacquered flooring:Lacquered floors, like all other surfaces, require ongoing maintenance. It is recommended to place felt pads under chairs to minimize surface scratches. If the floor gets a scratch, it can be beneficial to treat it with Trip Trap Lacquer Care. The lacquer care does not remove the scratch but minimizes its appearance. If there is a break in the lacquer, it is very important that the damage is repaired as quickly as possible so that the lacquer is sealed and liquid cannot penetrate the wood.

For floor washing, it is recommended to use Trip Trap Vinyl, Laminate, and Lacquer Soap. Follow the dosing instructions from the manufacturer.
