Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

A wooden floor from our popular Prestige series, characterized by its wide planks. The wide dimension creates a calm and exclusive look in the home.

Douglas is a classic softwood species that impresses with its light color, pink glow, and beautiful grain patterns. The planks have a lively and natural play that adds warmth and character to the interior design.

The floor is delivered untreated, giving you the freedom to choose the finish that best suits your home – whether you desire a light white oil, a matte lacquer, or a golden natural oil.

Douglas is part of the softwood family and is a softer wood species. On the Brinell scale, which is used to measure the hardness of wood species, Douglas typically ranges around 1.4 - 1.6, placing it below harder wood species such as oak and ash. This means that Douglas floors are more susceptible to pressure marks, scratches, and wear, especially in high-traffic areas or where shoes with hard soles are used.

Due to its grain patterns, this wood species is also exposed to crack development in the future if you are not extra careful to saturate the surface with oil or soap after installation and before use, as well as with subsequent care and maintenance. Hairline cracks (up to 0.5 mm in width) may occur in this wood species.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, so that the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface are maintained, this wood species will feature filling of cracks and knots with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, so that color tone and structure are preserved.

Caring for your new wood floor

Surface treatment:
Untreated

Care information:

Untreated: Delivered untreated and must have a protective surface treatment before use. The wood is sanded and ready to receive the treatment you desire.

How to treat it generally: Depending on which surface treatment you have chosen for the floor, there will of course also be differences in ongoing maintenance. We recommend that you consult the manufacturer of the chosen surface treatment to ensure the best care for your new floor.

We strive to transform quality timber into quality floors. Therefore, regardless of width and thickness, our plank floors are constructed in three layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This exceptional stability is a unique advantage when the wooden floor is laid over underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
