Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

Ash Select 22x185 Frost Matlac – a light and exclusive wooden floor with a harmonious grading.
With an ash floor from Wiking Gulve, you get all the natural properties of a solid wooden floor – in an engineered solution. Our ash floors have rounded edges, which highlight the width of the individual planks and the exclusive look of the floor. The plank floors are made from exquisite Danish ash – a beautiful, light wood species with a characteristic structure in brownish to reddish heartwood.

Ash Select Frost Matlac is an elegant wooden floor for those who want a light and uniform look. The Select grading is without brown core and with only a few knots, which gives a calm and exclusive look that fits perfectly with a modern and stylish interior.

The surface is treated with frost matlac, which provides a natural, matte finish and at the same time makes the floor more resistant to everyday wear. The light treatment highlights the fine structure of the ash wood and contributes to an airy and timeless atmosphere in the home.

Ash wood is known for its high wear resistance and is one of the hardest light wood species used for floors. On the Brinell scale, which measures the hardness of wood, ash typically scores around 3.6 - 3.8 – making it harder than both oak and pine. The high hardness makes ash floors particularly resistant to pressure marks, scratches and daily wear. Ash is therefore an obvious choice for floors in homes with high traffic, families with children or rooms where furniture is often moved around.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, so that the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface are maintained, cracks and knots in this wood species will be filled with specially adapted wood filler and/or hotmelt. Likewise, missing knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, so that color tone and structure are preserved.

The wood's light color and clear grain give a modern look and at the same time hide small scratches and dust better than dark floors. With the right treatment, an ash floor can stay beautiful for many years and retain its light and elegant appearance.

Caring for your new wood floor

Care information:

Varnished floor:Varnished floors, like all other surfaces, require continuous maintenance. It is recommended to place felt pads under chairs to minimize surface scratches. If the floor gets a scratch, it can be beneficial to treat it with WOCA Master Lacquer Care. The lacquer care does not remove the scratch, but minimizes its appearance. If there is a break in the lacquer, it is very important that the damage is repaired as quickly as possible so that the lacquer is sealed and liquid cannot penetrate the wood.

For floor washing, it is recommended to use WOCA Vinyl, Laminate and Lacquer Soap. Follow the dosage instructions from the manufacturer.

We work to ensure that quality timber becomes quality floors. Therefore, our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed in 3 layers of wood. In 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally stable. This unique stability is a distinct advantage when the wooden floor is laid on underfloor heating or where there are greater fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
