Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and

Ash Select 15x185 Frost Matt Lacquer – light, uniform, and elegant flooring.
With an ash floor from Wiking Gulve, you get all the natural properties of a solid wood floor – in an engineered solution. Our ash floors have rounded edges, which highlight the width of each plank and the exclusive appearance of the floor. The plank floors are made from exquisite Danish ash – a beautiful, light wood with a characteristic structure of brownish to reddish heartwood.

Ash Select Frost Matt Lacquer is a beautiful wooden floor made of Nordic ash, providing a bright and harmonious look in the home. The Select grading has few knots and no brown heartwood, creating a calm and exclusive look, perfect for stylish and modern interiors.

The surface is treated with frost matt lacquer, which enhances the wood's natural structure and provides a matte, elegant finish. The lacquer also effectively protects against wear and dirt, ensuring the floor remains beautiful in everyday life.

Ash wood is known for its high durability and is one of the hardest light wood species used for flooring. On the Brinell scale, which measures wood hardness, ash typically scores around 3.6 - 3.8 – making it harder than both oak and pine. Its high hardness makes ash floors particularly resistant to dents, scratches, and daily wear. Ash is therefore an ideal choice for floors in high-traffic homes, families with children, or rooms where furniture is often moved around.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, thus preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, cracks and knots in this wood type will be filled with specially adapted wood filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, missing knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood type, so that color tone and structure are preserved.

The wood's light color and distinct grain provide a modern look and also hide minor scratches and dust better than dark floors. With proper treatment, an ash floor can remain beautiful for many years and retain its bright and elegant appearance.

Care information:

Lacquered floor:Lacquered floors, like all other surfaces, require continuous maintenance. It is recommended to place felt pads under chairs to minimize surface scratches. If the floor gets a scratch, it is advisable to treat it with Trip Trap Lacquer Care. The lacquer care product does not remove the scratch but minimizes its appearance. If the lacquer is damaged, it is very important that the damage is repaired as quickly as possible so that the lacquer is sealed and liquid cannot penetrate the wood.

When washing the floor, it is recommended to use Trip Trap Vinyl, Laminate, and Lacquer Soap. Follow the dosage instructions from the manufacturer.

We strive to transform quality timber into quality floors. That's why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed in 3 layers of wood. In 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This unique stability is a distinct advantage when the wooden floor is laid on underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
