Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

This ash flooring is designed for those who desire a light and harmonious floor with a modern, coherent surface – completely without bevels, allowing the planks to elegantly blend together for a calm overall impression.

The Pacific sorting provides a uniform look with only a few knots and small fillings, creating a clean, stylish appearance. The colour play ranges from light, almost white tones to warm, golden nuances that bring life and depth to the room.

The surface is treated with white wax, which highlights the natural grain of the ash wood and effectively protects against dirt and wear.

With its 235 mm wide planks and 22 mm thickness, you get a solid, stable floor with an exclusive touch – ideal for both modern and classic homes where quality and aesthetics go hand in hand.

Ash wood is known for its high wear resistance and is one of the hardest light wood species used for flooring. On the Brinell scale, which measures wood hardness, ash typically scores around 3.6 - 3.8 – making it harder than both oak and pine. The high hardness makes ash floors particularly resistant to indentations, scratches, and daily wear. Ash is therefore an excellent choice for floors in high-traffic homes, families with children, or rooms where furniture is often moved.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, thus preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, cracks and knots in this wood species will be filled with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Likewise, missing knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, so that colour tone and structure are maintained.

The wood's light colour and distinct grain give a modern expression and simultaneously hide minor scratches and dust better than dark floors. With the right treatment, an ash floor can remain beautiful for many years and retain its light and elegant appearance.

Caring for your new wood floor

Surface treatment:

Care information:

How to treat it during installation: Ash wood supplied by Wiking Gulve, which has been treated with hardwax oil, is ready for use. If the floor is in a high-traffic area (e.g., hallway or kitchen), we recommend applying Wiking Gulve Cleaner and Care Oil to the surface before use.

Hardwax oiled floor:Always wash and care for your floor with products specifically developed for hardwax oil surfaces. We recommend using Saicos products for ongoing maintenance. Use Ecoline Wash & Care Soap for floor cleaning – always follow the instructions on the container.

The hardwax oil surface must be maintained so that it retains its good properties and stays beautiful for many years. Use Ecoline Wax Care for ongoing maintenance of the wax surface. Wax Care is available in both neutral/colorless and white.

Apply Wax Care to the entire surface at least once a year. However, you should expect to treat high-traffic areas with Wax Care a couple of times a year. Depending on the room's traffic, we recommend spot treatment, especially in hallways, by the
dining table, and generally in the kitchen.

We work to transform quality timber into quality floors. That is why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed in 3 layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is oriented crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally stable. This exceptional stability is a unique advantage when the wooden floor is laid over underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
