Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

Ash Prestige Pacific 22x220 mm White Matt Lacquer is an elegant wooden floor with wide planks that create a calm and exclusive look in the home's rooms. The 220 mm wide planks highlight the natural structure of the ash and give the floor a harmonious and stylish appearance – ideal for both modern and classic interiors.

The Pacific sorting is characterized by few knots and minor fillings, which provides a calm, uniform, and luxurious expression. The natural variation in the planks still adds warmth and character, without the floor losing its elegant appearance.

The surface is treated with white matt lacquer, which lightens the wood's tones, while also protecting the floor from dirt and wear. The matt lacquered light finish gives a modern, Nordic look that supports a bright, inviting, and timeless home.

Ash wood is known for its high wear resistance and is one of the hardest light wood species used for flooring. On the Brinell scale, which measures the hardness of wood, ash typically scores around 3.6 - 3.8 – making it harder than both oak and pine. The high hardness makes ash floors particularly resistant to pressure marks, scratches, and daily wear. Ash is therefore an obvious choice for floors in high-traffic homes, families with children, or rooms where furniture is often moved around.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, so that the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface are maintained, this wood species will feature filling of cracks and knots with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Likewise, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, so that color tone and structure are preserved.

The light color and clear grain of the wood give a modern look and at the same time hide minor scratches and dust better than dark floors. With the right treatment, an ash floor can remain beautiful for many years and retain its bright and elegant appearance.

Caring for your new wood floor

Care information:

Lacquered flooring:Lacquered floors, like all other surfaces, require ongoing maintenance. It is recommended to place felt pads under chairs to minimize surface scratches. If the floor gets a scratch, it is advisable to treat it with Trip Trap Lacquer Care. The lacquer care does not remove the scratch but minimizes its appearance. If the lacquer is broken, it is very important that the damage is repaired as soon as possible so that the lacquer is sealed and liquid cannot penetrate the wood.

When washing floors, it is recommended to use Trip Trap Vinyl, Laminate, and Lacquer Soap. Follow the dosing instructions from the manufacturer.

We strive to transform quality timber into quality flooring. That's why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed in 3 layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is oriented crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This unique stability is a distinct advantage when the wooden floor is laid over underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
