Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and

This ash flooring is designed for those who desire a bright and harmonious floor with a modern, seamless surface – entirely without bevels, so the planks elegantly merge to create a calm overall impression.

The Pacific grading provides a uniform look with only a few knots and small fillings, creating a clean, stylish appearance. The color variation ranges from light, almost white tones to warm, golden shades, bringing life and depth to the room.

The surface is treated with white wax, which highlights the natural grain of the ash wood and effectively protects against dirt and wear.

With its 235 mm wide planks and 15 mm thickness, you get a solid, stable floor with an exclusive touch – ideal for both modern and classic homes where quality and aesthetics go hand in hand.

Ash wood is known for its high wear resistance and is one of the hardest light wood species used for flooring. On the Brinell scale, which measures wood hardness, ash typically scores around 3.6 - 3.8 – making it harder than both oak and pine. This high hardness makes ash floors particularly resistant to indentations, scratches, and daily wear. Ash is therefore an excellent choice for floors in high-traffic homes, families with children, or rooms where furniture is often moved around.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, this wood species will feature filling of cracks and knots with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen knots may be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, thus preserving color tone and structure.

The wood's light color and clear grain give a modern expression and simultaneously hide small scratches and dust better than dark floors. With the right treatment, an ash floor can stay beautiful for many years and maintain its bright and elegant appearance.

Caring for your new wood floor

Surface treatment:

Care information:

How to treat it during installation: Ash wood supplied by Wiking Gulve, which has been treated with hardwax oil, is ready for use. If the floor is in a high-traffic area (e.g., hallway or kitchen), we recommend applying Wiking Gulve Cleaner and Care Oil to the surface before use.

Wax oil treated floor:Always wash and care for your floor with products specifically developed for wax oil surfaces. We recommend using Saicos' products for ongoing maintenance. Use Ecoline Wash & Care Soap for floor washing – always follow the instructions on the container.

The wax oil surface must be maintained so that it retains its good properties and stays beautiful for many years. Use Ecoline Wax Care/Care Wax for ongoing maintenance of the wax surface. Wax Care is available in both neutral/colorless and white.

Use Wax Care over the entire surface at least once a year. However, you should expect to treat worn areas with Wax Care a couple of times a year. Depending on the room's traffic, we recommend spot treatment, especially in traffic areas, by the
dining table, and generally in the kitchen.

We strive to transform quality timber into quality flooring. For this reason, our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed in 3 layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This unique stability is a distinct advantage when the wooden floor is laid on underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
