Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

Ash Natural 15x185 Frost Matt Lacquer – light, exclusive ash wood flooring.

With an ash floor from Wiking Gulve, you get all the natural qualities of a solid wood floor – in an engineered solution. Our ash floors have rounded edges that highlight the width of individual planks and the exclusive look of the floor. The plank floors are made from exquisite Danish ash – a beautiful, light wood with a characteristic grain in brownish to reddish heartwood.

Ash Natural Frost Matt Lacquer is a beautiful wooden floor made of Nordic ash, which provides a bright and harmonious look in the home.

The surface is treated with frost matt lacquer, which enhances the wood's natural structure and provides a matt, elegant finish. The lacquer also effectively protects against wear and dirt, so the floor remains beautiful in everyday life.

Ash wood is known for its high durability and is one of the hardest light wood types used for flooring. On the Brinell scale, which measures wood hardness, ash typically scores around 3.6 - 3.8 – making it harder than both oak and pine. This high hardness makes ash floors particularly resistant to indentations, scratches, and daily wear. Ash is therefore an excellent choice for floors in high-traffic homes, families with children, or rooms where furniture is often moved around.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, so that the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface are maintained, this wood type will feature filling of cracks and knots with specially adapted wood filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood type, so that color tone and structure are preserved.

The wood's light color and distinct grain provide a modern look while also concealing minor scratches and dust better than dark floors. With proper treatment, an ash floor can remain beautiful for many years and retain its bright and elegant appearance.

Caring for your new wood floor

Care information:

Lacquered floor: Lacquered floors, like all other surfaces, require regular maintenance. It is recommended to place felt pads under chairs to minimise surface scratches. If the floor gets a scratch, it is advisable to treat it with Trip Trap Lacquer Care. The lacquer care does not remove the scratch but minimises its appearance. If there is a break in the lacquer, it is very important that the damage is repaired as quickly as possible so that the lacquer is sealed and liquid cannot penetrate the wood.

For floor washing, it is recommended to use Trip Trap Vinyl, Laminate and Lacquer Soap. Follow the manufacturer's dosing instructions.

We strive to turn quality wood into quality floors. That is why our plank floors, regardless of width and thickness, are constructed in 3 layers of wood. In the 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally stable. The unique stability is a unique advantage when the wooden floor is laid on underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
