Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

Ash Living 15x155 White Oil – light, exclusive ash wood flooring.

With an ash floor from Wiking Gulve, you get all the natural properties of a solid wood floor – in an engineered solution. Our ash floors have rounded edges, which highlight the width of each plank and the floor's exclusive appearance. The plank floors are made from exquisite Danish ash – a beautiful, light wood species with a characteristic grain in brownish to reddish heartwood.

The Living sorting is a broader sorting, meaning that there are slightly larger knots and fillings than in the more selective Prima sorting. This gives a more rustic and lively expression, which is perfect for both modern and rustic interiors.

Ash Living White Oil is a stylish wood floor in Nordic ash, designed for those who want a light and elegant look. The floor is treated with white oil, which enhances the wood's natural grain and brightens the colour tones, while also protecting the surface against wear and daily use. The result is a light and inviting floor that adds warmth and character to the room.

Ash wood is known for its high wear resistance and is one of the hardest light wood species used for flooring. On the Brinell scale, which measures wood hardness, ash typically scores around 3.6 - 3.8 – making it harder than both oak and pine. The high hardness makes ash floors particularly resistant to pressure marks, scratches, and daily wear. Ash is therefore an excellent choice for floors in high-traffic homes, families with children, or rooms where furniture is often moved.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, thus preserving the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface, cracks and knots in this wood species will be filled with specially adapted wood filler and/or hot melt. Similarly, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, thus preserving the colour tone and structure.

The wood's light colour and clear grain provide a modern look and at the same time conceal minor scratches and dust better than dark floors. With the right treatment, an ash floor can stay beautiful for many years and retain its light and elegant appearance.

Caring for your new wood floor

Care information:

How to treat the flooring during installation:Ash wood supplied by Wiking Gulve, pre-treated with white oil, must be saturated after installation.

Oil saturation:Immediately after installation, the floor must be saturated with oil. UseTrip Trap Oil Care Whiteand follow the instructions on the container. The floor should be treated once, after which you can move into your new Wiking floor as soon as the oil has hardened according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Oil-treated floor:We recommend that you regularly maintain your oiled floor withTrip Trap Oil Care Whiteonce a year. If the floor is installed in a high-traffic area, such as a hallway or a kitchen, you should expect it to need more frequent care than if the floor is in a room. Regular floor washing can often be done with clean lukewarm water or possiblyTrip Trap Natural Soap White. You can advantageously wash the floor withTrip Trap Oil Soapevery 4-5 floor washes to postpone the next oil treatment a little, as you thereby add a little oil to the surface. However, you should not use oil soap with every floor wash, as the wood can become oversaturated and develop a greasy oil layer, which will bind dust and dirt to the surface.

We strive to transform quality timber into quality floors. Therefore, regardless of width and thickness, our plank floors are constructed from three layers of wood. In 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movement by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally consistent. This unique stability is a distinct advantage when the wooden floor is installed with underfloor heating or where there are significant fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
