Stock items: Typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Not in stock: Normally delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on production and order size, and will be stated in the order confirmation. If you wish to know a precise delivery time, we recommend that you contact us directly by phone or email – so we can provide you with a qualified estimate.

Returns of goods
We only accept returns at our address in Roslev.

If you regret a purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to the entire
delivery. It is therefore not possible to return individual packages or parts of
a complete delivery.

The goods must be in unopened packages, and the packaging must be
completely intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
meet these conditions or have not been agreed upon in advance.

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please include a copy of the order confirmation and
bank account information for any refund.

The surface is treated with white oil, which enhances the wood's natural grain and provides a soft, light finish that fits perfectly into both modern and classic homes.

With Ask Asgård 15x235 White Oil, you get a wooden floor that combines rustic charm with an exclusive and bright expression – a durable and timeless choice that brings warmth, life, and personality to any room.

Ash wood is known for its high durability and is one of the hardest light wood species used for flooring. On the Brinell scale, which measures wood hardness, ash typically scores around 3.6 - 3.8 – making it harder than both oak and pine. The high hardness makes ash floors particularly resistant to pressure marks, scratches, and daily wear. Ash is therefore an ideal choice for floors in homes with high traffic, families with children, or rooms where furniture is often moved around.

To ensure a functional and aesthetic floor, so that the strength and visual integrity of the floor surface are maintained, this wood species will feature the filling of cracks and knots with specially adapted sanding filler and/or hotmelt. Similarly, fallen knots can be replaced with fresh "new" knots adapted to the wood species, so that the color tone and structure are preserved.

The wood's light color and prominent grain give a modern look and at the same time conceal small scuffs and dust better than dark floors. With the right treatment, an ash floor can remain beautiful for many years and retain its light and elegant appearance.

Caring for your new wood floor

Care information:

How to treat during installation: Ash wood supplied by Wiking Gulve, which has been pre-treated with white oil, must be saturated after installation.

Oil saturation: Immediately after installation, the floor must be saturated with oil. Use Trip Trap Oil Care White and follow the instructions on the container. The floor must be treated once, after which you can move into your new Wiking floor as soon as the oil has cured according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Oiled floor: We recommend that you regularly maintain your oiled floor with Trip Trap Oil Care White once a year. If the floor is installed in a room with a lot of traffic, e.g., a hallway or a kitchen, you should expect that it will need care more often than if the floor is in a bedroom. Regular floor washing can often be done with clean lukewarm water or possibly Trip Trap Natural Soap White. You can also wash the floor with Trip Trap Oil Soap every 4-5 washes to postpone the next oil treatment a little, as you thereby add a little oil to the surface. However, you should not use oil soap with every floor wash, as the wood can become oversaturated and get a greasy oil layer, which will bind dust and dirt to the surface.

We work to transform quality wood into quality floors. Therefore, regardless of width and thickness, our plank floors are constructed from 3 layers of wood. In 3-layer planks, the middle layer of wood is turned crosswise, which reduces the wood's natural movements by up to 70% compared to traditional solid plank floors,
making the planks stable and dimensionally stable. This exceptional stability is a unique advantage when the wooden floor is laid over underfloor heating or where there are larger fluctuations
in temperature and humidity, such as in summer houses.
