The former Chocolate Factory in central Stockholm consists of two buildings: an older industrial section from the 1920s and a newer building from the 1970s. Developer Oscar Properties has, with great passion, developed, renovated, and refined the buildings based on their respective strengths. The facades and exterior expressions are different, but the interiors are unified in the apartments through the choice of materials, layouts, and details. For this project, we supplied 6,000 m2 of Ash Select.
